Especially when the heals are skinny?
How do you walk in those high heeled boots or dress shoes?
You don't. Those shoes are not made for walking, but for very short tippy toe walks... that's how, stand on your tippy toes, putting all the weight on your balls of your feet and none on your heels.

Reply:All you do is walk on the balls of your feet! Eventually it hurts...you can't rest on your heels, cause your shoes won't let ya. Once you get used to them, they're a breeze,,,,try it!
Reply:good posture, look straight ahead, and lots of practise
Reply:You know I am 48 now and wear low heels but when I was young I wore stilletto's almost every day. I even wore them to go shopping in for the day...I must have been crazy. They killed my feet and gave me blisters but man i looked good and thats all I cared about at the time.
Reply:Clean your house in them, carefully, if you clean your house in them for about 2 days, you get lots of practice. Also, if you have carpeted floors and linoleum, there's a difference when you walk on one or the other. So practice on both.
Reply:take little steps
Reply:it just takes practice. and your feet will really hurt for a while, but now my feet are used to it and i wear high heals all day every day.
Reply:stick to comfy shoes. lol
Reply:practise. increase heel heigh slowly, wear them home a lot. daily...
Reply:uhhh PRACTICE
Reply:i don't know either? my school shoes are flat, and i dont have eny shoes with heels on it..
Reply:You get used, with practice, to a low heel, and work yourself up to a higher heel, bit by bit.
Reply:It takes practice, you have to break them in every time you buy a new pair...LOL
