absolutely not. Too many people think that they have to match all of their accessories. The colors in your outfit should just COMPLEMENT eachother. Don't, however, wear a mixture of gold and silver jewelry. go ahead and wear red shoes, with gold earrings.

Nope, it might be nice if like your earrings and shoes matched but not the whole thing, you would look really weird.
