Red dress with black shoes?

Ok ladies...Can I wear a red dress with black stappy high heel sandles? Or would that seem tacky? or how about a rose colored skirt with black top and shoes?

I prefer the second choice...but, if you go for the red with the black just accentuate it with some black up top. Like: headband, earrings, necklace....,belt...etc... Ahhhh..never mind go for the red and have FUN!!!!!

Red dress with black high heels? As long as its a very ankle/foot revealing strappy kind of shoe, something fuller and shoe like might draw attention. The rose skirt with the black top sounds nicer :)
